I’ll be back: Santosh

His debut as a filmi hero may not have been the dream launch he’d hoped it would be, but Santosh is unfazed. Aftersome introspection, Santosh has dived right back into his work, and has beenlistening to scripts back-to-back. “The prospect of playing a romantichero in a wholesome film for the family audience is very appealing to me,”says the actor, adding that his next film will be on these lines.“It’s a little premature to talk about the details like the crew andthe cast, but on my birthday — August 29 — I’ll announce mynext film,” he says. A full-on entertainer with all the commercialelements in place is what he’s looking at. “I’m looking atshooting in foreign locations and getting some brand tie-ups, too,” saysthe actor.“There have been some other interesting offers as well, including multi-hero projects, and I’m not averse to that either. But I certainly want to follow up Nooru Janmaku with another film, in which I showcase my acting,” Santosh says.
